Along the shores of the Myakka River, Harbour Village is quietly tucked away from the bustle of traffic, high-rises and typically over-developed coastline. Sitting on your lanai overlooking the water, dolphins come so close you can hear them. A multitude of shore birds feed along the tidal flats. Looking across the wide river you see an undeveloped Preserve with sunsets that splash spectacular colors over the sky and water. 

A pier offers immediate access to fishing - or to admire a sunset, and boating is made easy with docks right on the complex. The heated, Olympic size pool is very inviting for swimming, or just relaxing on the deck.

To stay fit, there are two tennis courts available and within the Club House a full work-out room, table tennis and pool table. For socializing, we have a fully equipped function room, spacious outside porch, or enjoy a cook-out on the gas grills by the docks. Beaches and shopping are only minutes away.
